CK Pets Refund & Returns Policys

It’s not the end of the world if you change your mind! You will have 10 days after receiving the item(s) to email to get a return form. After the 10 days unfortunately we will no longer accept returns.

Am i eligible for a refund? To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, clean and hair free!

Please keep on all tags on your items. If your items are hairy or have clearly been warn, please do not send back as we can not refund you. We hope you understand this as we can not resell a used item. If you do send the items back in a condition that is not acceptable for a refund, you will receive an email to remind you of this. We can organise to return the items to you at your cost.

Returns Process:

1. Please email us at advising that you would like to return an item; noting your order number and reason for return in the email.

2. Please fill out the form and attach a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase

3. Pack your return item(s) into a protected parcel and together with the Returns Form and receipt/proof of purchase send your unused and hair-free items to:

As soon as we have received your item we will send an email to notify you that we are processing your refund if all goes to plan!

Please allow 7-10 business daysfor this payment to come through.

If your refund is late:

Please double/triple check your bank account details. We will not refund your original shipping costs.
Email us straight away if your details are correct and the refund still hasn’t gone through :


Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you have received a faulty or damaged item please email us within 7 days of you receiving it.
Please include your invoice number and a photo of the fault/damage including details of the issue.

We will them send you through a return postage label (to cover the costs). We will then post a new item to you unless the product is out of stock.

Please note we can not guarantee that we will have the original item in stock.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer you the options a full refund including original shipping or an in store credit of the exact amount.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
